Kenny offers both in person (one on one) sessions and virtual sessions to help as many competitors as he can.
In person one on one sessions are 30 minutes, and his True Novice classes are 45 minutes. He sees clients in New Jersey (Signature Fitness- 471 Cortlandt Street, Belleville, NJ) and Long Island (Bev’s Gym 235-C Robbins Lane, Syosset NY 11791)
Skype/FaceTime sessions are 30 minutes.
Sessions purchased are good for the YEAR THEY ARE PURCHASED IN. They can be transferred to other competitors.
